Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information hausofsanctuary.com (the "Site") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Eridania M. Bonilla ("Eri," "I," "we"), a North Carolina–licensed REALTOR® affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle. The short version: I collect only what you choose to share, I use it to respond and to send what you asked for, and I never sell it.
1. Information you give me
- Contact & consultation forms: name, email, phone (optional), and your message.
- Quiz & guides: your answers and email, used to deliver your result and the guide you requested.
- Quiz & newsletter sign-ups: your email (and name if provided).
2. Information collected automatically
Standard web-server and security logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept by our hosting and security providers for site operation and abuse prevention. The Site does not run third-party advertising trackers.
3. How your information is used
- To respond to your messages and consultation requests.
- To deliver the quiz results, the plan, guides, or newsletters you requested.
- To send occasional email about Charlotte homes and Haus of Sanctuary resources — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops them.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers below, as needed to do the things above, or if required by law.
4. Service providers
- MailerLite — email list and automations (stores your email, name, tags, and quiz path).
- Bluehost — website hosting; Cloudflare — security/CDN.
- Google Workspace — email correspondence.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.
5. Social platforms & our publishing app
Haus of Sanctuary maintains accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. We use an internal publishing tool ("AERIS Publisher") that connects to those platforms' official APIs solely to publish our own content to our own accounts and read our own account/post status. It does not collect, store, or process personal information about other platform users, does not read anyone's messages, and does not follow, message, or interact with users. Platform login tokens are stored securely on our own systems and can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies
The Site itself uses only what's necessary to function. Embedded third-party services (for example an embedded video) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
7. Data retention
Form messages are kept as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe (unsubscribing stops emails immediately; you can also ask me to delete your record entirely).
8. Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe from email anytime via the link in any message.
- Access, correct, or delete your information — email eri@hausofsanctuary.com and I'll take care of it.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
