Real estate, done the way I wished someone had done it for me — calm, honest, and unhurried.
After 25 years in brand and marketing — agency and corporate, in New York and beyond — I learned how much the feeling of a space shapes the people inside it. Then came my own season of profound change, the kind that rearranges what you thought you knew about home.
I built Haus of Sanctuary out of that. Not a louder version of real estate, but a quieter one: fewer listings flung at you, more genuine counsel; less urgency, more clarity. The kind of guidance I needed when everything was in motion.
Born in Santo Domingo, raised in New York City, now rooted in Charlotte — I move between worlds easily, and I help my clients do the same. Whether you're moving up, right-sizing, or starting over, my job is to make the trade-offs visible before you fall for a listing, so the home you choose is one you'll still love on an ordinary Tuesday.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. It's the only way to give a move the attention it deserves.
