As a first time home buyer I was nervous to jump into this but Eridania walked me through every step and made sure I knew that the questions I had were acceptable and necessary! I had a lot of anxiety because I felt like I was veering off from family support, but I found that Eridania was all the support I needed! From asking to schedule walk throughs on a specific day and making the process unbelievably fast I don't think there is anyone else that could've made this experience any more incredible. I am now a proud home owner and can still message her to help me with any questions I STILL have and of course I never feel like a bother. This professionalism may sound like something home buyers are used to but the relationship we built through this was spectacular to me. Absolutely AMAZING! Recommend 100% — I met Eri when I requested a tour of a house on Zillow. My partner and I weren't super serious about house shopping until that day we toured with Eri. We immediately connected with Eri because of her bubbly personality, full transparency, and wealth of knowledge. After that first tour with Eri we knew we wanted her to be by our side throughout the rest of our journey. After going through Zillow and liking a bunch of houses, we narrowed down our options and sent to Eri. She was able to schedule all of the tours and show us around. Throughout the process she continued to get to know us and what our true priorities were. Once we found the one in January 2026, Eri worked with us to make an offer that was fair and in our best interest. First-time home buying can be stressful and confusing, so it was great to have someone to help us every step of the way.
