Ways to work together

Wherever you are in the move

Moving up, arriving in Charlotte, or shedding square footage — three paths, one principle: choose the life first, and let the house follow. Find yours below, then we'll map the details together.

Sell & Move Up

For when you've outgrown the house, not the city

You're ready for more room, a better street, a home that fits this chapter. The hard part isn't the wanting — it's selling and buying without moving twice or carrying two mortgages.

  • A clear plan before we list a single photo
  • Sell, Buy, or Bridge — the path that protects your money
  • One person quarterbacking both sides of the move

Right-Size with Grace

For the chapter where the goal is ease

Less house, more life. Right-sizing isn't a loss — done well, it's a relief: a home that finally fits the way you actually live now, with beauty and far less to manage.

  • An unhurried, dignified process — no pressure
  • Help deciding what to keep, release, and carry forward
  • Selling a long-loved home with the care it deserves

Land Well & Begin

For relocating buyers & first-time buyers

You're making Charlotte home — a new role, a fresh start, equity arriving from a pricier city. You have questions no open house can answer: which neighborhoods fit the way you actually live, whether to buy now or rent first, how to move decisively in a market you've never touched.

First-time buyers are equally at home here: a guide, not a salesperson — steady, low-pressure, and genuinely curious about the life you're building.

  • Charlotte's neighborhoods mapped to your life, not a zip code
  • Buy now or rent first — an honest read on your situation
  • A calm, decisive process in a market you're entering cold
  • Guidance in English or Spanish

How it works

Calm, in four steps

01

The conversation

We start with how you want a normal Tuesday to feel — not your budget. The life comes first.

02

The Move Plan

Your path, your numbers, your timeline — mapped before anything is listed or toured.

03

The search & sale

We execute the plan: prepared, decisive, and unhurried — whether that means one side or both.

04

The keys

You move once, on your terms, into a home you'll still love on an ordinary Tuesday.

The details, plainly

What it costs, how it works

The questions people ask before they're ready to ask them — answered in plain language, so you know exactly where you stand before we ever speak.

What does it cost to work with you?

The Clearing — the 20-minute planning call — and your Charlotte Move Plan are free, with no obligation. If you're buying: agent compensation in North Carolina is negotiable and put in writing before we tour a single home, and in many transactions the seller offers to cover part or all of it — you'll see the numbers plainly before you commit to anything. If you're selling: there is no standard commission; my listing fee is negotiable and quoted in writing in The Clearing, before anything is signed.

What happens in The Clearing?

A free 20-minute call where we map your version of the move: which path fits your situation (sell first, buy first, bridge, relocate, right-size), your real numbers, and your timeline. No pressure and nothing to sign — you leave with a plan either way.

Where do you work?

Charlotte, North Carolina and its surrounding NC towns. I'm licensed in North Carolina.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes — fully bilingual. Every conversation, the move quiz, and the guides are available in Spanish, and the whole process can run in Spanish from first call to keys.

Do I have to sign anything before touring homes?

In North Carolina, yes — a written buyer agreement is required before touring homes together. I walk you through it in plain language first, and The Clearing itself requires no commitment at all.
